The Lifehouse is based at the Old School in the beautiful village of Bettws Cedewain, where we are part of community life. Projects involve improving the area where we are and being aware of environmental issues.
We also have a Lifehouse link farm, situated 3 miles from the school. the farm plays an important role in our curriculum and activities, and provides opportunities for our students to be involved in the day to day running of a real rural business. The farm has a large dairy unit, a small flock of sheep and an equine yard.
In the larger picture, we also take advantage of living in one of the most beautiful parts of Great Britain, steeped in history and culture. All our students take part in visits and trips that stimulate and cultivate an interest in our locality.
